Access and age requirement

Ricahora is only for adults 18 and older. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and remain responsible for activity on your account.

Content and rights

You keep ownership of your content and grant Ricahora the technical permission needed to host, adapt, display, and distribute it as part of the service. You must have the rights and consent of everyone shown in that content.

Prohibited behaviors

Illegal, non-consensual, deceptive, violent, or hateful content is prohibited, as is any content involving minors or violating someone’s privacy or rights. Spam, impersonation, fraud, and metric manipulation are also prohibited. See the detailed content rules.

Moderation

Ricahora may hide or remove content, restrict an account, or suspend it to protect users and comply with the law. Decisions take context, severity, and repeat violations into account.

Availability, links and external payments

The service may change or experience temporary interruptions. In this MVP, Ricahora does not process payments and is neither a seller nor a payment provider. Offers link to third-party platforms, whose operators remain responsible for pricing, transactions, subscriptions, delivery, and refunds.

End of account

You can delete your account in Settings. Ricahora may also suspend or close an account that violates these terms, subject to legal data-retention requirements.
