Data we process

• Account: email, username, and authentication data.
• Profile: public name, city, bio, media, links, offers, and listings.
• Creator verification: legal name, date of birth, and ID, accessible only to the moderation team.
• Activity: follows, favorites, reports, notifications, and profile-view events.
• Technical data: session, browser, truncated or transformed network address and security logs.

How we use your data

We use this data to provide the service, secure accounts, display and rank profiles, measure performance, prevent abuse, moderate content, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Ricahora uses hosting, database, authentication, and storage providers. They process only the data required to perform their services, in line with their contractual and security commitments.

Data retention

Data is kept while the account is active, then deleted or anonymized unless limited retention is required for security, a dispute, or a legal obligation. The ID document, legal name, and date of birth submitted for 18+ verification are deleted after a decision; only the status, review date, and any moderation note are retained. Anti-abuse counters expire automatically.

Your rights

You can update your information from the dashboard and delete your account in Settings. To request access, an export, an objection, or another privacy action, email contact@ricahora.com.

Security

Ricahora uses access controls, database-level rules, anti-abuse limits, and media safeguards. No system can guarantee zero risk, so report any suspicious activity promptly.
